I am a classically trained pianist, and have been playing the instrument for over 20 years. I am also very interested in many different music genres, especially folk and traditional music of different regions of the world.
I am so happy to play piano - an instrument with such a big and rich repertoire to choose from. When playing, my biggest achievement is if I get to move the audience the same way the music moves me.
I have a wide experience as a solo pianist, with performances around Europe, also in USA and Mexico. In 2008 I won 1st prize in an international Rosalyn Tureck Bach competition in New York, USA. Since 2009, I studied and graduated from St Petersburg Conservatory in Russia, and moved to Copenhagen to study my masters in 2015 at DKDM, which I have now completed.
In 2017, I have taken part in Stockholm International Soloists piano festival in Stockholm, Sweden. Web: iternationalsoloists.org
In Copenhagen, I had the pleasure to perform in places such as Tivoli concert hall, Konservatoriets koncertsal, Odd Fellow Pallæt, Jewish Cultural House, Hovedbibliotek, Koncertkirken, Metronomen and many more.
My repertoire goes from Renaissance and Baroque pieces by Dowland and Scarlatti to contemporary music by Messiaen or Thomas Ades. I enjoy playing impressionistic music of Ravel and Debussy, and late romantic music of Scriabin.
